How to replace it:

1. Buy the spare cord.

Over time, it may happen that the lateral O-ring used to keep the clip closed breaks. For this reason, we include spare O-rings with every pair of sandals.

In many cases, the O-ring is not necessary because the clip remains closed on its own. In other cases it may be needed. This is due to the fact that the available space is optimized to the maximum and, as each sandal is handmade, the knot of the elastic cord may vary slightly in thickness by a fraction of a millimeter, which can make closing the clip more difficult.

How to replace the O-ring

1. Open the clip.
2. Remove one end of the cord.
3. Insert the O-ring.
4. Place the cord end back in position.
5. Close the clip.
6. Slide the O-ring over the clip to secure it.

You can change the color of your Nörd sandals by replacing the elastic cord.
With the latest model, we have introduced a system that allows the side clip to be opened, making it easy to change the color of the elastic cord and return to the original color whenever you wish.

Yes. Washing your sandals occasionally is recommended to maintain good foot hygiene and remove the layer of dirt that can accumulate after a few weeks of use or after hiking on trails.

Cleaning them is very simple. The sandals are completely waterproof, so you can rinse them under running water with a little soap. If necessary, you can also use a soft brush to help remove dirt.

Important: wash with cold water and do not dry them in direct sunlight.
