Guarantees of consumer goods

We inform you that in case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or resolution of the contract, managements that will be free for the consumer and user.

Return / Change size

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the delivery date, to return it whenever the following points are met:

– The product must be in perfect condition, with its labels and in its original packaging.

– For a change of size, the shipping cost of the new size and return of the old size is charged to the customer if the shipment is outside Spain.

– For a return the cost of shipping the sandals is at the customer’s expense both in Spain and outside of Spain. The cost in Spain is € 7.26 via MRW. For a return outside Spain the client will have to take charge of the cost and the logistics of sending the package that he wants to return by hiring the service he considers best.

– If the return or exchange is the result of an error in the manufacture or handling of the order by our sales team, the shipping costs will be paid by us in full. In another case (in particular if there is an error in the shipping address), the associated costs must be paid by the customer.
