Guarantees of consumer goods

We inform you that in case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or resolution of the contract, these being free for the consumer and user.

The natural wear and tear of elastic cord can’t to be considered a defective product.

Return and size/model change policy

Returns. If you are not happy with your order, you have 15 working days to return it starting from the delivery date. The product musn’t be used and has to be in original conditions with all the tags on and no modification and in its original packaging. The client is in charge of return shipping costs both within Spain at 9€ by MRW, and outside Spain, the client being responsible for shipping costs and return logistics with a delivery service at their choice.

Size and/or model change. In both cases the client is in charge of shipping both the returning and new size and/or model. The client is responsible for shipping costs of changes of size or/and model both within Spain at 9€ by MRW, and outside Spain, the client being responsible for shipping costs and return logistics with a delivery service at their choice.

– If the return or change is due to a factory error (cord wear is not considered manufacturing error) or shipping mishandling by our sales team, the shipping costs will be fully covered by us. Any other case, such as and especially incorrect address provided by the client, will be charged to the client.
