Nörd te devuelve el 100% del precio del producto, solo pagas los envíos.

Usamos transportistas externos cuales DHL, UPS, GLS, MRW de forma que cuando quieres hacer un cambio talla o devolución solo pagarás los costes de transporte.

You take care of sending us the sandals:
9,9€ delivery new size + service you choose

  • Shipping cost to return old wrong size: you choose best service for you (we advise you packlink.com).
  • Shipping cost new size (our messengers delivers them to you): 9,9€ (included VAT) 48-72h
  • The product must be in perfect conditions, with its labels and in its original packaging.
  • We can change only products that you received less than 15 days ago.
  • Discount code can’t be use for return or change size.

1. Buy Send new size INTERNATIONAL service (9,9€).

2. Put the Nörd product into the box (if you buy 2 pair, put both in only one box). Close with tape.

3. Send us the wrong size (You will take care of delivery with the service you prefer). Please always ask your shipping service for the receipt and the tracking number.

4. You will receive the new size product after we receive the old size.

Return

Costs

We will refund the full amount by removing the initial shipping cost that we had to bear.

Example1: if you spent € 69,83 we will refund the total amount minus the shipping costs (€ 9.90 outside Spain). So in this case  outside Spain: 69,83€ – 9.90 = 59,93€

Example2: if you spent € 100 and did not pay the shipping, we will refund the total amount minus the shipping costs (€ 9.90 outside Spain). So in this case  outside Spain: 100€ – 9.90 = 90,10€
Discount code can’t be use for return or change size.

Coste

Para un cambio talla, los costes de envío de la antigua talla y la nueva talla es a cargo del cliente.
Códigos descuentos no pueden ser usados para el cambio talla/devolución.

Nosotros nos encargamos de recoger la vieja talla en tu casa y de entregarte la nueva: 9€ (solo en España peninsular)

  • Costo de envío para devolver la talla antigua incorrecta y recibir nuevas sandalias (nuestro mensajero las recoge): 9 € (IVA incluido) 48h
  • El producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones, con sus etiquetas y en su embalaje original.
  • Solo podemos cambiar los productos que recibió hace menos de 15 días.
  • Escríbenos a hello@nordrepublic.com si estás en Baleares.

Cómo

1. Compra el servicio Cambio Talla ESPAÑA (9€). Escribe en las notas del orden la nueva talla que necesitas.

2. Pon los productos Nörd dentro de su caja (si compraste dos pares pon los dos en una única caja). Cierra con cinta adhesiva.

3. Nuestro servicio de mensajería te contactará para recoger la talla antigua y entregarte la neuva.

Devolución

Coste

Nosotros te devolvemos el entero coste del producto menos los costes de envíos iniciales.

Ejemplo1: si has gastado € 62,28 te devolveremos el total menos los costes de envío (€ 7.38 en España). De forma que en este caso sería: 62,28€ – 7,38 = 54,90€

Ejemplo2: si has gastado € 100 y no has pagado los costes de envío, te devolveremos el importe total sin sin los costes de envío (€ 7.38 en España). De forma que en este caso: 100€ – 7,38 = 92,68€
Los códigos descuento no pueden ser usados para cambios tallas y devoluciones.

El cliente se encarga de la devolución de las sandalias

  • Costes de envío para devolver sandalias: tu elijes el servicio que más te convenga (te recomendamos usar packlink.com).
  • El producto tiene que ser en perfectas condiciones, con sus etiquetas y el packaging original.
  • Sólo podemos devolver el dinero de los productos que entran en el plazo de 15 días desde la recepción del producto.

Y escríbenos un mail a hello@nordrepublic.com con el número de seguimiento.

1. Pon los productos Nörd dentro de una caja (si has comprado dos pares pon los dos en una sola caja). Cierra con cinta adhesiva.

2. Envíanos los productos (tu te encargas del envió con el proveedor que mejor consideres). Por favor pregunta siempre al servicio de transporte el tracking number.

3. En cuanto recibamos los productos te devolveremos el importe total pagado excepto los costes de envío iniciales.
